Returns

Want to return an item?

We are happy to return an item to our store for any online purchase within 7 days of it being received. Please note this return must be in new condition with all tags, no markings or faults. The item can be returned for an exchange in size, alternative product or simply a store credit. No items can be returned for cash.

Once an order has been made it can't be cancelled. We do our best to provide the correct information with our items, so please check the individual size measurements on charts provided to ensure you get the correct size to suit. Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty at time of sale or delivery; we endeavour to check over all our garments before sending them out to you to ensure they are faultless. We do not accept any return purchases on orders outside of New Zealand.

If you return the product later than the 7 day time slot we are unable to process the return. If we don't have the size in stock for the return or the correct colour you will be issued with a Needles & Threads credit note.

Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date issued and can be redeemed online & in store.

We do not cover the cost of sending the return back to us, but we will cover the cost to resend the new item back to you via courier once again.

Please make sure all returns & exchanges are sent back with a note of instructions and full customer details.
